How Does Secure Shield Work?
If you experience any issues with your jewelry, whether related to repairs or potential manufacturing defects, you can call 1-877-899-0078 or submit a repair request on our website. When you contact Customer Service, an agent will assist you by submitting a claim and gathering the necessary details. A pre-paid return label was already included with your parcel, or you can request one to be sent via email.
Once your jewelry is sent to us, we will inspect and repair it, and then ship it back to you. If the jewelry cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical item. If a similar item is not available in stock, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, including any applicable taxes.

Is Secure Shield Offered on Waitlist Items?
Yes.
Does Secure Shield Cover the Item Only 1 Time?
Secure Shield provides multiple repairs for two years. If your item is repaired and returned to you, it remains covered under Secure Shield for the plan's duration. In cases where the jewelry cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical item. If a similar item is not available, we will issue a refund for the purchase price, including any applicable taxes.
Is Secure Shield Renewable?
No, Secure Shield is not renewable at this time.
Are Customers Able to Return Secure Shield Protection Plans?
Yes, you can return Secure Shield for a full refund within the first 30 days after purchase if unused.
Can Secure Shield Be Transferred to Another Person?
No, Secure Shield is non-transferable.
Does the Customer Get the Price of Secure Shield Back in Case of Refund?
No, the price of Secure Shield is not refunded, as the benefits of the plan have already been utilized. However, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, including any applicable taxes.
If the Item Cannot be Repaired, Does Secure Shield Replace it with the Same Item if it is Still in Stock?
Yes. In cases where the jewelry cannot be repaired, we will replace it with an identical item.
How Much Should I Expect to Pay for Repairs?
With Secure Shield, you don’t need to worry about any additional costs. There are no deductibles, shipping charges (for either sending the item to the service center or for return shipping), or any other out-of-pocket expenses.
What Are the Expected Timelines for Repairs?
Repairs typically take between 7 to 14 days. In some cases, they might take longer, but we will keep you informed if that happens.
